Beverlee PattersonBeverlee S. Patterson, President and COO

began her travel career at Boston’s Fox Travel Agency, a leading innovator, specializing in corporate travel. As vice president of operations there, Beverlee was involved in the early years of travel automation, working with the suppliers and automation developers to create systems and processes that are still used today. After spending time in the leisure travel field and in the travel school arena, she joined the former ABC Corporate Services in 1989. With her unwavering dedication, accomplished management skills and well-honed business practices, Beverlee has brought together a dedicated team of people led by a dynamic management group. The entire ABC team understands what it takes to be “the premier provider of products and services to the travel management community,” as stated in ABC Global Services’ mission statement. Under her leadership, ABC Global Services has attained a respected and enduring presence in today’s ever-changing global travel industry. Beverlee is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

 

Cynthia KroppCynthia Kropp, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

leads ABC Global Services’ marketing and business development departments. Throughout her 25-year tenure at ABC, Cynthia has witnessed the continual evolution of the travel industry and the many ways ABC has responded with innovative products, programs and reliable service that help to ensure the success of its subscribers. Cynthia’s primary objectives are global business development and the daily delivery of customer-focused travel tools and expert service that meet the ever-changing needs of ABC’s international customer base. She actively leverages relationships and business groups to ensure ABC’s growth and development. Prior to ABC, Cynthia held management and organizational development positions at Forum Corporation. She is based in Newton, Massachusetts, USA.

 

Klayton KillionKlayton Killion, Executive Vice President and General Manager

directs the operations of ABC Global Services’ core products. With ABC since 1994, this 26-year industry veteran has successfully integrated process improvement technology and productivity programs to ensure subscribers receive the highest possible service levels. Klayton acknowledges that ABC’s attention to customer service and quality improvement contributes to the company’s satisfied global customer base, low turnover and ongoing success. Klayton hails from Omaha, Nebraska, USA.

 

David AndersonDavid Anderson, Vice President, Hotel & Supplier Relations

directs hotel and supplier relations for ABC Global Services, working closely with the company's many supplier partners to provide the strongest, most comprehensive and competitive programs in the marketplace today. Since joining ABC in 2000, Dave has brought invaluable experience and a sharp focus to bear on the ongoing development of the ABC Premier Hotel Program, ensuring that it renders the greatest possible benefit to ABC's customers. From Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Dave now resides in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
